Amy, this is fantastic work! It is making me hungry using analogy of hamburger for parts of writing. :) I have a two suggestions for future uses in the classrooms:
1. Break the video into two parts (two video clips) 2. In each video you may be able to provide writing content so students can see the sample paragraph and in the writing process (you could demo think aloud process as a teacher...)
Nice job with your digital story. I like how you compared writing a paragraph to a cheeseburger.
